Leading the photo team for CarFest presented by BP Pulse at Laverstoke Park Farm, I was tasked by CarFest to capture every facet of their flagship family festival. From high-octane car displays and headline music performances to star interviews and charity activations, the goal was to deliver a full visual story for CarFest’s marketing, PR, and fundraising partners.

I organised photographers across all seven zones—AdventureFest, KidsFest, FoodFest, RetroFest, SpaFest, StarFest, and the main arena—to ensure seamless coverage. On StarFest stages, I photographed Chris Evans alongside guests like James May and Damian Lewis, plus talks by astronaut Tim Peake, framing their excitement and CarFest branding. In the main arena, we captured classic car parades, driving demos, and live music energy from artists such as Richard Ashcroft, Sam Ryder, and UB40 ft. Ali Campbell. Off-stage, our team documented chef demos at FoodFest, adventurous fun in KidsFest, and the communal spirit of charity hubs.

The final gallery provided CarFest with a dynamic visual toolkit: headliner performances, celebrity interactions, motoring spectacles, and heartfelt festival scenes. These images powered press campaigns, social media storytelling, sponsor decks, and annual charity reports—underscoring CarFest’s unique blend of heritage, entertainment, and community.
